As a digital native and didactics professional I enjoy developing exciting and lively (online) learning journeys. Due to my professional stations in subject areas such as innovation and new work, I stay up-to-date at the highest level, even in times of rapid change.
Based on my university degree in non-scholar education and the additional qualification as Business Sustainability Manager at the University of Cambridge, it is a key issue for me to align our current business activities for the benefit of all, using educational offers.
Many people may know this: after studying business administration, I made a career in sales and sales management. Then, in my late 30s, I trained as a management coach and have been self-employed for more than 20 years, mainly in leadership development.
Over the years, I have increasingly realised that my performance also contributes to a system that has created the huge problems in this world in the first place.
Together with Jan, I made the decision some time ago to use this competence in the future only in the sense of a sustainable, regenerative economy. To contribute to making as many people as possible aware of their responsibility and also of their possibilities of influence and to change course. A strong impulse was also the qualification as Business Sustainability Manager at the University of Cambridge.
I am Norwegian, love nature and now live in this magnificent country again.
